Personalised Wedding QR Code Sign | Guest Photo Sharing & Multipacks

Capture your wedding through the eyes of your guests with a personalised wedding QR code sign.

Guests simply scan the QR code with their phone to access your chosen WhatsApp group, shared photo album, wedding website or other photo-sharing destination. They can then upload and share their photographs and videos from your celebration.

Your sign can be personalised with your names, wedding date and wording and designed to coordinate with your chosen Larosier Prints wedding theme.

The featured design is from our Till Death Do Us Part Skeleton Hands wedding collection. Alternative Larosier wedding designs are also available.

Every order includes a complimentary personalised proof and unlimited revisions. Your QR code will be created and tested before your signs are printed.

PERSONALISATION

Your sign can include:

• Your names
• Your wedding date, if required
• Personalised instructions or wording
• Your chosen Larosier wedding design
• A QR code linked to your chosen destination

Names and dates are optional. If you do not want names included, the layout will be adapted accordingly.

AVAILABLE SIZES

A5 Card: 148 × 210mm
A4 Card: 210 × 297mm
A3 Card: 297 × 420mm
A3 Foam Board: 297 × 420mm

Card signs are professionally printed onto premium 300gsm matte cardstock.

The A3 foam-board sign is printed and mounted onto sturdy 5mm foam board. Black foam board may be used for darker designs and white foam board for lighter designs.

PACK OPTIONS

A5, A4 and A3 card signs are available individually or in packs of 5 or 10. A3 foam board is available individually only.

Multipacks contain duplicate copies of the same approved design, wording and QR code.

If you require different QR codes, wording or designs on individual signs, please contact us before ordering for a quotation.

Multipacks are ideal for displaying your QR code at several points around your venue, including the entrance, guest book table, bar, dining tables and reception area.

All QR signs are printed single-sided.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your required size and pack quantity.
2. Enter your names, date, wording and preferred wedding theme.
3. Provide the complete working destination link.
4. We will create and test your QR code.
5. You will receive a complimentary digital mock-up.
6. Request any changes required.
7. Your signs will only be printed after you approve the design.

WHAT CAN THE QR CODE LINK TO?

Your QR code can direct guests to:

• A WhatsApp group
• A shared Google Photos album
• An iCloud shared album
• A wedding photo-sharing service
• Your wedding website
• Another suitable online destination

For a WhatsApp group, please provide the group invitation link rather than a telephone number.

IMPORTANT QR CODE INFORMATION

Please provide the complete working destination link rather than a screenshot of an existing QR code wherever possible.

You are responsible for ensuring guests have permission to access your chosen group, album or website.

Your printed QR code will direct guests to the link supplied and approved. If that destination is subsequently deleted, restricted, replaced or allowed to expire, the QR code may stop working.

A static printed QR code cannot be changed after printing, so please do not deactivate or replace the destination link after approving your design.

COMPLIMENTARY DESIGN PROOF

A complimentary personalised mock-up and unlimited revisions are included.

Please check all names, dates, wording and the QR destination carefully. Your signs will only be printed after approval.

PRINT AND COLOUR

Colours can vary slightly between screens and the finished printed product. Backlit screens can make colours, particularly dark shades, appear brighter or more saturated than they will in print.
