Wedding & Event Stationery
What cardstock do you use?
Our wedding and event stationery is printed on premium 300gsm matte cardstock, chosen for its substantial feel, crisp detail and high-quality finish. Please check the individual product listing for the exact materials included with your chosen design.
What are your signs printed on?
Our standard signs are printed on premium 300gsm matte cardstock. Selected A3 signs are also available mounted on 5mm foam board for a more rigid, display-ready finish.
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary depending on the product and design.

Do you offer wedding invitations and matching stationery?
Yes. We offer personalised wedding invitations, invitation suites, wedding signs and coordinated signage bundles across a growing range of styles.
Selected collections include matching pieces so you can carry the same design throughout your celebration.
Do you offer engagement signs and invitations?
Yes. Our Engagement Signs & Invitations collection includes personalised engagement welcome signs and matching engagement party invitations, with gothic, alternative, romantic, floral and modern designs available.
Can I personalise the wording?
Yes. Our personalised stationery and signage can be customised with details such as your names, dates, venue and celebration information. Wording changes can usually be accommodated where they work with the chosen design.
Will I see my personalised design before it's printed?
Yes. Personalised orders include a complimentary digital proof before printing, along with unlimited revisions, so you can check the details and approve your design before it goes to print.
How do I provide my personalisation details?
Enter the requested information when placing your order. If we need anything else to prepare your design, we'll contact you before creating your proof.
Can you make something that isn't shown on the website?
Yes. If you need a different size, coordinating item or alteration that isn't currently listed, please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
For something completely unique, we also offer a dedicated Bespoke Wedding Design Service.
Personalisation, Proofs & Revisions
Which products can be personalised?
Personalisation is available on selected Larosier Prints products, including wedding and engagement stationery, signs, keepsake prints and other personalised designs.
The available options are shown on each individual product page.
What can I personalise?
Depending on the product, you may be able to personalise names, dates, venues, celebration details, wording and other information.
If you'd like to make a change that isn't shown as an option, please contact us before ordering.
When will I receive my digital proof?
Once we've received your order and personalisation details, we'll prepare your design and send your digital proof for approval before printing.
Production times begin once any required proof has been approved.
Can I request changes to my proof?
Absolutely. Unlimited revisions are included with personalised designs, so we'll make the necessary adjustments before printing.
What should I check on my proof?
Please carefully check all names, dates, spelling, times, addresses and other personalised details.
Nothing requiring proof approval will be printed until you've confirmed that you're happy with the final design.
What happens if I don't reply to my proof?
We won't print an item requiring proof approval until we receive your confirmation. A delayed response may therefore delay the production and dispatch of your order.
Can I change my personalisation after approving the proof?
Please contact us as quickly as possible. If printing hasn't started, we may still be able to make the change.
Once your item has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.
Engagement Signs & Invitations
Do you offer engagement party stationery?
Yes. Our personalised Engagement Signs & Invitations collection includes welcome signs and engagement party invitations designed especially for engagement celebrations.
What styles are available?
Our Engagement collection includes gothic, alternative, dark romantic, floral, modern and contemporary designs, with more styles being added as the collection grows.
Can I get a matching sign and invitations?
Yes. Selected Engagement collections feature coordinating welcome signs and invitations, allowing you to carry the same design throughout your celebration.
Can engagement signs be personalised?
Yes. Our personalised engagement signs can include details such as your names, engagement date and celebration wording.
You'll receive a complimentary digital proof before printing, with unlimited revisions included.
What sizes are the engagement welcome signs?
Our Engagement Welcome Signs are available in a selection of A5, A4 and A3 sizes, depending on the design.
Selected A3 signs are also available mounted on 5mm foam board for a rigid, display-ready finish.
How are engagement invitations sold?
Our Engagement Party Invitations are printed on premium 300gsm matte cardstock and sold in packs of 10.
Selected designs include a choice of black, white or kraft envelopes, with single-sided printing as standard and a double-sided option available.
Can I change the wording on my engagement invitations?
Yes. Your names, date, time, venue, RSVP information and celebration details can be personalised, and wording changes can usually be accommodated.
A digital proof will be provided for your approval before printing.
Materials, Colour & Print Finish
Will printed colours look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished product because screens are backlit and individual display settings differ. The finished appearance will also vary depending on the chosen material.
Products are printed on the material stated in each listing, which may include soft, non-reflective matte cardstock or smoother, more reflective glossy photographic paper. Please check the individual product description for the exact material and finish.
For personalised products, you will receive a complimentary digital proof before printing, with unlimited revisions. Please remember that the proof is viewed on a screen and is intended to confirm the design, wording and layout.
What materials do you print on?
Our standard wall art, wedding stationery and signs are printed on premium 300gsm matte white cardstock. Depending on the product, additional materials may include 300gsm textured cotton, 300gsm recycled kraft, 300gsm linen-textured cardstock, 285gsm pearlescent white cardstock, glossy photographic paper and premium 5mm foam board.
The exact material and finish available will be stated in each product description and variant menu.
What print sizes are available?
Available sizes depend on the product and may include:
A6 – 105 × 148mm
A5 – 148 × 210mm
A4 – 210 × 297mm
A3 – 297 × 420mm
Square – 10 × 10 inches
Panoramic – 16 × 5 inches

What is the foam-board option?
Selected A3 signs and prints are available mounted on premium 5mm foam board. This creates a lightweight but sturdy finish that can be displayed on an easel without requiring a frame.
Frames and display easels shown in product photographs are for styling purposes only and are not included unless specifically stated.
That gives the new section four useful questions without making it unnecessarily large.
Bespoke Wedding Design
Do you offer a bespoke wedding design service?
Yes. Our Bespoke Wedding Design Service is ideal if you're looking for something completely unique rather than adapting one of our existing designs.
We can create a design inspired by your wedding style, venue, colours, theme or other ideas that are meaningful to you.
How much does bespoke design cost?
Our bespoke design service is £99.
This covers the creation of your unique design and unlimited revisions until you're completely happy with the finished result.
Is there a charge to make an enquiry?
No. Submitting a bespoke design enquiry is completely free and there's no obligation to proceed.
We'll review your ideas before you decide whether you'd like to go ahead with the £99 design service.
What can I send as inspiration?
You can share photographs, venue details, colour palettes, themes and examples of styles or elements you love.
We won't copy another designer's work, but inspiration can help us understand the overall look and feel you'd like to achieve.
What can you design?
Your bespoke design can be developed for a range of wedding stationery and signage, including invitations, save the dates, RSVP cards, details cards, menus, welcome signs, seating plans, order of the day signs and other coordinating pieces.
Does the £99 include printing?
No. The £99 fee covers the bespoke design service.
Once you've approved your final design, we'll provide a separate quote based on the stationery and signage you'd like printed.

Shipping & Delivery
How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £2.99, with FREE UK delivery on orders of £25 or more.
The available delivery options and final cost will be shown at checkout.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Most orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Personalised and bespoke products may take longer, particularly where a digital proof requires approval before printing.
How long does UK delivery take?
Once dispatched, standard UK delivery is typically 2–3 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by delays outside our control.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Larosier Prints currently ships to selected international destinations including Europe, the United States, Canada and Australia.

How long does international delivery take?
As a guide, delivery after dispatch is typically:
Europe: 5–10 business days
United States, Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
International delivery times are estimates and customs or local carrier delays can occasionally extend these times.
Will I receive tracking information?
Where tracking is included with your chosen delivery service, tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
What happens if my order is delayed or doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we'll help investigate.
Please allow for any carrier delays and international customs processing where applicable.
Returns & Order Problems
Can I return an order?
Yes. If you've changed your mind, we accept returns of eligible non-personalised products within 30 days, provided they are returned in their original, sellable condition.
Please contact us before returning your order and refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
Can personalised or bespoke products be returned?
Because personalised, custom and bespoke products are created specifically for you, they cannot usually be returned or refunded for a change of mind.
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photographs of the item and packaging so we can understand what has happened and arrange an appropriate resolution.
What if there's a mistake with my personalised order?
If we've made an error when producing your approved design, please contact us and we'll put it right.
Please carefully check all names, dates, spelling and other details on your digital proof before approving it for printing.
What if I've received the wrong item?
Please contact us with your order details and, where helpful, a photograph of what you've received. We'll investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.
For personalised or made-to-order products, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible once design or production work has begun.
How do I report a problem with my order?
Please use our Contact Us page and include your order details and a brief description of the issue. If relevant, attaching photographs can help us resolve the problem more quickly.
Sustainability
Is sustainability important to Larosier Prints?
Yes. As a small UK studio, we're conscious of the materials we use and aim to make thoughtful choices wherever practical while maintaining the quality of our prints, stationery and signage.
How do you reduce unnecessary waste?
Many of our products are printed or personalised to order, helping us avoid holding large quantities of pre-printed stock that may never be used.
We also aim to use materials and packaging efficiently when preparing orders.
Are all of your products eco-friendly?
We don't describe our entire range as eco-friendly. Materials, printing requirements and packaging vary between products, and we prefer to be transparent rather than make broad environmental claims.
We're continually looking for practical ways to improve how Larosier Prints produces and packages its products.
