What paper / card stock is used?

We use top quality, high density, 300 gsm plain white matte card stock for prints made to last.

What inks are used?

We use high grade inks and professional printing equipment to create and deliver crisp designs every time.

Our designs are available in a number of sizes, please review the individual product to confirm your chosen design is available in your required size.

What cardstock options do you offer for wedding stationery?

We offer a curated range of premium cardstock including smooth matte, textured cotton, linen finish, recycled kraft, and pearlescent white. Each type is carefully selected to suit different styles and themes, from modern minimal to rustic or luxurious.

As Standard we use top quality, high density, 300 gsm plain white matte card stock for Signage & Stationery made to last.

1. Smooth White (300gsm)

A classic choice with a clean, matte finish. Ideal for minimalist or contemporary designs, this sturdy cardstock offers crisp printing and a refined feel.

Best for: Modern styles, sharp typography, and full-colour printing.

2. Textured Cotton (300gsm)

Soft to the touch with a subtle texture, this luxurious paper adds depth and a tactile quality to your invitations and on-the-day stationery.

Best for: Elegant or romantic suites, floral prints, or fine-art style layouts.

3. Recycled Kraft (300gsm)

A rustic, eco-friendly cardstock with warm natural tones and visible fibres. Perfect for laid-back, countryside, or boho weddings.

Best for: Outdoor weddings, rustic themes, and sustainable stationery.

4. Linen Textured (300gsm)

With a fine woven finish that resembles linen fabric, this cardstock adds a timeless charm and a touch of sophistication.

Best for: Traditional weddings, vintage styles, or understated luxury.

5. Pearlescent White (285gsm)

A lightly shimmering cardstock that catches the light beautifully, perfect for couples looking for something a little more special.

Best for: Glamorous or winter weddings, evening receptions, or luxe stationery.

What inks are used?

What size options do you offer for stationery and signage?

We offer a number of different size options to suit various parts of your wedding or event. Please review the individual product to confirm your chosen design is available in your required size.

Popular sizes include A5 and A6 for invitations, menus, and enclosure cards; A4 and A3 for directional signs, welcome signs and seating charts. If you need a custom size, just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate where possible.

Can I request a custom cardstock not listed?

Absolutely. If you have something specific in mind that we don’t currently offer, we’re happy to source alternative cardstocks where possible — just get in touch to discuss your vision.

Do you offer samples?

Yes! We can send samples of our available cardstock finishes so you can see and feel the options before making your final decision. Simply request a sample pack via our contact page.

Are your cardstocks eco-friendly?

We offer several sustainable options, including recycled kraft and FSC-certified stocks. If you're looking for environmentally conscious choices, we’re happy to guide you.

Can I mix different cardstocks within my wedding suite?

Yes, you can! Some couples choose different finishes for invitations, menus, or place cards to add variety and texture. We're happy to help you coordinate the perfect combination.

What weight are your cardstocks?

Our standard cardstocks range from 285gsm to 350gsm, offering a sturdy, high-quality feel while being suitable for posting and handling.

Do you offer a bespoke design service?

Yes, we do! If you're looking for something completely unique, our bespoke design service allows you to collaborate with us to create stationery or wall art tailored specifically to your vision. Whether it's a fully custom wedding suite, personalised signage, or artwork to match your décor, we’re here to bring your ideas to life. Orders

Can I customise my order and make amendments to existing designs?

Yes, most our Wall Art and all of our Events Signage & Stationery are designed in house and therefore completely customisable. Please note there may be an additional charge for custom orders.

We recommend you communicate with us prior to placing an order to ensure we can meet your design requirements effectively. 

How do I personalise my order?

We have a large range of personalised prints, we invite you to provide the required information at the point you place the order, this will differ dependent upon the design you have selected but may include your name, address, date of birth, event details and more.

Within the product listing page, you will see a box that you can use to provide the information that is required to personalise your chosen design. Alternatively you can contact un at hello@larosierprints.co.uk. Please ensure you provide as much information as possible and check this information is accurate. Should you require a mock up prior to print, please request it here. We will send you a mock up of your design before printing it. We offer free edits to all designs where mock-ups form part of the order.

Can I make changes to an existing order?

Please notify us of any changes as quickly as possible. Unfortunately if the order has already been printed, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs. 

Can I cancel an existing order?

Yes. If the order has not been created, we will cancel your order and arrange a refund in full. 

If your order has been dispatched prior to the point of cancellation, please follow the returns procedure. 

Please note Bespoke, Custom, Personalised & digital downloads are non returnable. 

Shipping / Delivery

How much is shipping?

Shipping will be calculated at the point of check out. Please note we offer free delivery on orders over the value of £29.00.

How long will my order take?

We aim to process all orders within one working day and dispatch via second class post unless premium shipping services are selected.

Please note bespoke, custom and personalised orders may take longer. 

A tracking number will be provided and we are happy to help so please do not hesitate to get in touch for any updates in the mean time. 

What happens if my order goes missing?

If your order is delayed or is missing, please contact us so we can investigate this further. Please rest assured, that we take customer service very seriously and we will endeavour to rectify this as a matter of urgency.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

We take every precaution to ensure our prints arrive safely however in the unlikely event you experience any issues at all, please communicate with us so we can rectify this in line with our company policy and ethos. See RETURNS for further information.

Please note, it is of utmost importance that you check your order information, from design to personal details, are accurate at the point of check out. The customer will be responsible for any additional costs that may occur as a result of incorrect information.

Returns

Can I return an Item?

Yes. Please use our "contact us" section, this can be found on the home page in the main menu, to communicate your desire to return your order.

If an order has arrived damaged or is incorrect, we may ask you to provide photos and further information. Please rest assured that customer service is  important to us and we will act effectively to resolve any issue swiftly. 

If you have changed your mind, we are happy to accept returns of non-custom orders. Please ensure the items are returned in sellable condition within 30 days and a refund will be processed upon receipt. Please refer to our refund policy for further information.
