REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read the policy below before requesting a return.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

For eligible non-personalised products, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

You will need to provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, email hello@larosierprints.co.uk with:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photographs if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect

If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Please do not send returns to us without contacting us first.

PERSONALISED, BESPOKE AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Personalised, bespoke and custom-made products are created specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled because you have changed your mind.

This includes products made using names, dates, photographs,
