Can I return an Item?

Yes. Please use our "contact us" section, this can be found on the home page in the main menu, to communicate your desire to return your order. Additionally you can email us directly at hello@larosierprints.co.uk.

If an order has arrived damaged or is incorrect, we may ask you to provide photos and further information. Please rest assured that customer service is  important to us and we will act effectively to resolve any issue swiftly. 

If you have changed your mind, we are happy to accept returns of non-custom orders. Please ensure the items are returned in sellable condition within 30 days and a refund will be processed upon receipt. Please refer to our refund policy for further information.
